Home made, plentiful and seasonally designed, here you will start your day with good basics embellished with delectable, lovingly made specialties: 'Breakfast Egg Strata" loaded with fresh vegetables, cheese and a base of wonderful bread is varied daily. Fresh fruit, cobblers, chocolate croissants, "Crunchy Apple Cranberry Crisps", "Heavenly Breakfast Trifle", "Baked Oatmeal", "Stuffed French Toast" and "Chocolate Bread Pudding" are just a few of the signature dishes. Most all recipes come from Gail's cookbook, Colorado Cravings, and they are made daily by all of the staff, each adding their own special touches. Rich dark coffee, juices and a bagel bar all add to the perfect way to start your day in Evergreen.
