When your reservation is confirmed, you will be guaranteed a room or suite at the quoted or agreed rate.

Our rates are for single or double occupancy. Each additional guest will be charged at $20.00 per person. A deposit taken at the time of booking will secure your reservation.

A cancellation policy will be assigned to your reservation and will be clearly stated in your confirmation.

The room rates posted are subject to change without notice prior to reservation.

We are a non-smoking Inn, however receptacles are located throughout the property so that you may smoke outside. No Candles allowed - Guests will be responsible for damage.

We do allow pets in specific rooms only, subject to approval with a $25 per night fee
